**This application is ONLY for new members. Current members who wish to renew their membership must login to the "Member Area" located on the home page to renew their membership.**
All unlicensed students must also submit a letter on their nursing school stationary, signed by the Nursing Administration. This letter will be forward to the National Office with the membership application. The student must be currently enrolled and does not have a LPN/LVN or RN license.
You must join a local Chapter and the National organization to be a member in good standing. The Chapter information and breakdown is on the SDBNA website: sdblacknurses.org. All Fees are Non-Refundable.
