San Diego Black Nurses Association is proud to announce our 48th Scholarship Event. Please join us on August 16 for a celebratory luncheon. We will be recognizing the hard work and dedication of local individuals pursuing nursing education. Awardees can range from prelicensure students to PhD candidates. Attendees include representatives from many healthcare professions and institutions in the region. This year’s theme will be “Steadfast Through the Storm: Nursing in Uncertain Times.” Our keynote speaker is Dr. Ester Martinborough PhD, a Biotech Executive with over two decades experience in pharmaceuticals research and founder of Ester Martinborough Consulting. The event will be held at the Liberty Station Conference Center beginning at 11:00am.
